GWO Customer Satisfaction
Attendees of ARCH GWO Training Courses complete an evaluation of their training courses. Attendees are requested to rate their understanding of our trainers, our facilities, course presentations and materials, the quality of the practical training and their overall satisfaction with the training course. Our analysis of training undertaken in 2017, showed that 96.5% of attendees rated our training as very good or excellent. We hope to improve the quality of our training in 2018, with our newly renovated premises in Enniskillen, the new premises will provide improved facilities for customers and staff and an increased range of turbine structures.
