Safety Trainer / Trainee Safety Trainer – Enniskillen, Co.Fermanagh
We are seeking an individual with knowledge of the Wind Industry, Outdoor Education or Industrial Sectors. We are also keen to hear from those wishing to start a new career in this industry. Instructors will be required to:
* Deliver courses to our clients.
* Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
* Be proactive in the day to day running of our site.
* Be willing to work as part of our site team as and when required.
Successful candidates will have to:
* Be energetic and enthusiastic about training and have a passion for the subject.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a successful team.
* Be willing to commit to a training programme designed by ARCH to maximise their potential as a trainer.
Trainers will be given opportunities to enhance their own skills and knowledge in new areas.
Previous experience may be advantageous but is not essential.

| ARCH is always happy to hear from IRATA certified Level 1, 2 & 3s and work at height trainers who are available for work in Northern Ireland/Ireland. We are particularly interested in people with trade skills. |
| Physical and medical fitness and a willingness to travel to job sites in remote and distant locations are all essential. It is preferable that candidates hold valid certification in working at height & rescue – wind turbines, first aid, manual handling and Safepass/CSR, hold a valid driver’s licence. However training can be provided if required. |
| ARCH is an IRATA Full Member Operator and Full Member Trainer Company. All our work projects are supervised by IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisors. IRATA rope access technicians who work with ARCH are given high quality training in safety procedures and job skills, and supported and encouraged to progress through the IRATA training scheme. |
