- Person leaves during training course due to any reason: 100% of course fee charge applies
- Within 7 days of course start time: 100% of course fee charge applies
- 8 to 21 days of course start time: 50% of course fee charge applies – 50% refund
- 22 to 28 days of start time: 25% of course fee applies -75% refund
- >28 days: no cancellation fee – full refund if course fully paid for
