IRATA Rope Access Level 2 Training
Book CourseThe IRATA Level 2 rope access course is an intermediate course for candidates who already have an IRATA Level 1 certificate and the requisite work experience. The candidate must be an IRATA Level 1 technician with a minimum of 12 months and 1000 hours of work experience (verified by their IRATA logbook).
It is required that technicians are fully competent in all IRATA Level 1 techniques and using these techniques regularly in their daily work, before an application is made for IRATA Level 2 training and assessment. It is also recommended that technicians gain an awareness of rope access rigging, rescue and rope access equipment used at IRATA Level 2 – this awareness should be gained through the workplace and/or by reading the IRATA International Code of Practice.
ARCH is approved by IRATA International as a Full Trainer & Full Operator Company. IRATA rope access training is delivered at our Enniskillen venue which includes a 15M external tower and indoor training areas. IRATA rope access training courses are also available at our Belfast and Republic of Ireland training facilities for group bookings of 4 or more persons.
