Global Wind Organisation (GWO) approved Basic Safety Training (BST) provides participants with a range of important skills and tools including Safety, Fire Awareness, First Aid, Working at Heights and Manual Handling. To enable delegates to work in the offshore environment, an additional GWO Sea Survival module must be completed.

ARCH deliver the following GWO Basic Safety Training Modules:

These modules can be undertaken as 4 individual modules or combined over 5 consecutive days.  GWO Basic Safety Training can be delivered at our training facilities at Enniskillen and Shannon Airport, Ireland.

Cost:

  • UK Courses – £854 ex VAT per person (VAT charged at 20%)
  • Shannon Airport – €1,140 per person

    Attendees of ARCH GWO Training Courses complete an evaluation of their training courses.  Attendees are requested to rate their understanding of our trainers, our facilities, course presentations and materials, the quality of the practical training and their overall satisfaction with the training course.  Our analysis of training undertaken in 2018, showed that 96.5% of attendees rated our training as very good or excellent.  The quality of our training has been improved with our newly renovated premises in Enniskillen, the new premises provide enhanced facilities for customers and staff and an increased range of turbine structures.
