GWO approved Basic Safety Training
ARCH is approved to deliver GWO Basic Safety Training (BST). GWO Basic Safety training provides delegates with a range of important skills and tools including Fire Awareness, First Aid, Working at Heights and Manual Handling. All training is designed for technicians working on wind turbines onshore and offshore. The GWO training addresses procedures and equipment commonly used in wind turbines.
Wind Safety Training Locations
ARCH delivers GWO Basic Safety Training approved training from its training facilities in Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland and at Shannon Airport, Ireland. ARCH also delivers training throughout the UK and Ireland at onshore and offshore wind turbine sites.
To support offshore wind installation work based in Belfast, ARCH offers group based training at Ridgeway centrally located at Belfast Harbour.
Advanced Access and Rescue Training
To complement our standard access, rescue and safety training courses, ARCH also provide advanced access and rescue training to address risks associated with hub, blade and T-piece access on wind turbines. These training courses can be delivered at your wind farm site or at our training facilities which house a range of platforms, hubs and structures to realistically simulate conditions in wind turbines.
